Technical Program

The Congress will feature a high standard technical program including plenary, distinguished, contributed and poster papers. Papers will cover all aspects of acoustics.

There will be a Call for Papers issued by the Acoustical Society of America in October 2012, by mail to ASA members and on the ASA website. In parallel, all member Societies of the ICA will receive a notification that they can pass on to their members. As well, all people who have registered for the ICA2013 e-mail list (see the Contact page) will be advised directly.

People interested in participating in the technical program can submit an abstract. On acceptance, they will be invited to submit a manuscript. Please note that to have your manuscript included in the technical program and in the Proceedings CD, the meeting registration fee must be submitted before the listed deadline. Note that the Acoustical Society of America will be handling the collection of abstract, manuscript, and registration fee.

The ICA2013 will feature a presentation management system to facilitate the running of technical sessions. Once your talk has been prepared, whether two months before the Congress or on the day of your presentation, it may be uploaded, from anywhere in the world. An Audio-Video room will be available at the Palais des congrès during the Congress for you to review your presentation and make modifications.

Plenary Lectures

A special feature of the ICA Congress will be the Plenary Lectures. Each day will start off with a plenary lecture by an eminent acoustician on a topic of interest to all. The Plenary Lecturers will be listed here once they have been determined.
